About Sitrónu Hospitality
All Natural
We have done the research and there are very few amenities out there that are truly natural. We created Sitrónu with the goal to be as natural but as safe as possible, by using only plant-based (vegan) ingredients, scenting with essential or phthalate-free fragrance oils, and hand blending to perfection. We know what goes into each and every bottle of our bath amenity line.
Sustainable
We encourage our hospitality clients to use our refillable bottles to reduce plastic waste as well as help them to save on amenity costs. Our Nordic inspired designs and eco-friendly packaging make for a win-win combination. We use only BPA-free plastic bottles and we also offer glass options. Our all natural ingredients make an eco-friendly pairing for septic systems and water byways.
Aesthetically Luxurious
Our combination of clean Nordic design, neutral color choices, and botanical influences make for a luxurious aesthetic that fits easily into any decor scheme. This also applies to our gift boxes making for superior reservation add-on options, enhancements and gift shop items. We can customize just for your establishment.

Hospitality accounts are subject to the following terms. By purchasing through a hospitality account, you agree to the following terms:

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and require a tax ID number

Full payment is due when order is placed. We accept major credit cards directly via our website or invoice. If you must pay by check, your order will not be sent out until the check has cleared the bank.

No refunds, returns, cancellations, or buybacks. If something isn't right, please let us know and we will work with you to correct it.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for initial order to be processed and delivered. For private label orders (existing clients only), please allow up 8 weeks. After that reorders typically take about 2 weeks to be processed and delivered. Production and delivery times fluctuate due to a variety of factors so please plan accordingly.

Rush orders (anything needed in less than one week from order to delivery) will be subject to a $200 up-charge. Non-negotiable.

Private labeling is only for existing private label customers only. An additional fee will incur with each product ordered. We no longer offer private label to our hospitality clients.

All rights to scents, products, and label designs are the property of Sitronu

We reserve the right to refuse a hospitality order or discontinue a hospitality account at any time for any reason.

We cannot be responsible for any adverse reactions to our products, incurred by you, your guests or your customers. As a wholesale customer, you absolve Sitronu from any liability.

Shipping damages are not our responsibility but we will try to work with our carriers should a problem arise.

Shipping charges may be more than what is charged on the invoice. Sitronu will invoice you directly for the difference. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice

If for any reason you decide to discontinue our services, you will no longer own the right to use our bottles with our labels on them to be refilled with other product. It is an FDA violation to have anything other than the listed product within.
